Aloft Austin Downtown

Clean, modern rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly, helpful staff. The location was pretty central to everything we wanted to do. The fitness center was on par with most hotels. We loved the restaurant and coffee bar on the first two floors, and the nightlife scene looked robust. Would highly recommend for adult travel.

Pleasant room with city views, comfy bed and plenty of space to unpack and relax. Friendly and responsive staff (including the excellent housekeepers - who made sure a couple of requested amenities were in my room upon arrival (in the early hours of the morning; much appreciated). Excellent, walkable location close to restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. Having been on the road for a month, access to the pristine, in-house laundromat was a welcome plus -- and the concierge happily supplied me with quarters! Also noting that the hotel was at capacity due to sxsw, but didn't seem to have any negative impact on the experience or service. Well done, would return.

It is really a cool and positive vibe in the hotel. The room is not that spacious but has everything you need. the view from the 25th floor is amazing. the location of the hotel itself is a plus. you are a walking distance from all attractions. The Personnel are really friendly and helpful. Having Caroline (the Coffee House and Restaurant) is great. having happy hour at 5 in the afternoon packed with people just laughing having fun its a totally different vibe. I would come back to this hotel definitely.

Very conveniently located hotel with good comfortable bedding and nice views of the downtown. I would stay here again. The lower level has a good breakfast restaurant, and a lunch and dinner spot that were quite good. Overall a pleasant place to stay if you're not on a tight budget.
